Mindful Mums – New Sessions

Mindful Mums usually run their session from our centres, but during COVID-19 they have moved online. There are courses available and a weekly drop-in session too.

During the sessions you will:

  • Learn tips and techniques to look after yourself and build resilience to handle the stresses and anxieties of
    being a mum.
  • Build confidence and social connections with other pregnant women and new mums.

 

Zoom drop-in sessions Tuesdays at 10am – 10:45am

 

Zoom Groups: Tuesdays at 1pm-2:30pm & Fridays 10:30am -12 noon

 

 

Being Dad Tuesdays at 8pm
