Let us tell you a little bit about us and what we doโฆ
Resources for Autismย is a registered charity. We provide practical services for children and adults with a diagnosis of autism and for those who love and care for them.
We have a team of trained, enthusiastic and kind staff and volunteers offering a wide range of support. All our staff are autism specialists who understand communication and sensory needs.
Welcome to the London Team!
We are thrilled to share that Resources for Autism is set to offer a variety of fully funded services catering to young individuals, parents/caregivers, and professionals inย Southwark and Lewishamย over the next three years.
Our London clubs for children age 8 โ 19 and our adult groups happen mostly in Barnet, Southwark, Lewisham and Waltham Forest. We hope to extend this to other areas funding permitting but for now we are limited to those. You do not necessarily have to live in those boroughs to access services but we cannot provide transport. Whilst our virtual groups for all ages are online and arenโt specific to London Boroughs. Sadly there is a waiting list for all groups.
We provide home support, 1:1 mentoring and befriending, anywhere in the Greater London region but there is a waiting list depending on when support is needed and where exactly you live.
We also offer face-2-face workshops for parents and carers in Southwark, Lewisham and virtually to those of you in other boroughs.
For more information on our South London offer please contact Nazia directly on: nazia@resourcesforautism.org.ukย or complete a referral form to access the service.
