All the activities provide a free lunch and are aimed at families who are on a low-income.

Exhibition of Grove Parkโs Invertebratesย discover the world of invertebrates found in Grove Park with our macro-photography exhibition. Invertebrates are so vital to a healthy food production system, whether they are pollinating our crops or churning and decomposing our soils to make a healthy growing medium. Venue: Wildcat Wilderness, Riverview Park, London SE6 4PLย Everyone can grow food (even without a garden) and for free. Find out how to grow food in very small spaces, indoors in pots and growing for free. A free workshop for Lewisham families including a vegan campfire soup.

Goldsmiths Community Centre and Kitchen Buddy (http://littlemisstree.co.uk/) are putting on free half term childrenโs growing activities. Free food and drinks included. Grow Your Own Microgreens Workshop โ Wild Rangersย For this workshop we will be learning about how you can grow microgreens and sprouts at home. Microgreens tend to be promoted in higher end food health shops and often come at a premium cost. But growing them need not be that expensive.
