Drumbeat Outreach is a team of teachers and specialist advisers offering support, advice and training to children, families and professionals in Lewisham. They work across all mainstream educational settings, including Early Years, Primary and Secondary schools, and Post Sixteen provisions. Schools and Colleges can buy in support from the Outreach Team through a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
If your child has autism, a social communication disorder, Down’s Syndrome, developmental delay, learning disability or other special educational need or disability, a visual timetable can be really helpful for keeping your child on track with personal care activities such as going to the toilet (for girls and boys), eating and being out and about.
Drumbeat Outreach team have put together a selection of downloadable routines to place around your home and work through with your child. They have also added lots of symbols so you can make your own timetables that fit your child’s needs.
