Children and Family Centres are now Family Hubs
From 1st October 2024, Early Years Alliance Lewisham Children and Family Centres have amalgamated with Lewisham Council Family Hubs and are now run directly by Lewisham Council. Family Hubs continue to build on the successful work of the Children and Family Centres to provide services that meet the needs of children, young people and their families in Lewisham.
Early Years Alliance continues to grow its services in Lewisham and beyond. You will see on the tabs on this website that we have a parenting programme for children with suspected or diagnosed ADHD and conduct disorder, play sessions for young children with SEND, programmes for young children who have experienced domestic abuse, and a creche and play service. There is also lots of useful information on this website and links to local support services to help support families in the daily challenges of being a parent.
One of our new developments is a partnership with the Council’s Early Years Inclusion Team to develop the Camelot Centre site, which contains 2 training spaces, office space and a playroom and sensory room with a large garden play space. We will be developing a range of play sessions, parenting courses, volunteer opportunities and training on this site, so keep watching this space.
